  • Packaging: We use a dual-packaging system (Premium Box inside a Corrugated Box) to ensure your luxury items arrive in perfect condition.
  • Timeline: Standard delivery takes 2–6 business days. During sale events, please allow an additional 2–3 days.

Refund Policy

  • The 3-Day Rule: Return or exchange requests must be raised within 3 business days of delivery via parcosperfumes3@gmail.com.
  • Condition: Items must be unopened, unused, and include all original tags, packaging, and any free gifts received.
  • Processing: Once verified at our warehouse, refunds are initiated within 24–48 business hours.
  • Methods: * Prepaid: Reverted to the original source.
    • COD: Processed via bank transfer (requires sharing bank details) or as Parcos Perfumes Coupons.
